Today what I want to show you is one of the exercises, the best exercise, that we utilize in our office along with adjustments to help get a better curve in your neck.
So after Erin was adjusted today what we do is we move her over into our attraction area and this is called neck traction so we use a very specialized wedge called attraction wedge.
And this has a very specific curve in it and it’s made of foam. It’s a soft foam but firm enough where it’s going to help to improve and get a better curve in your neck.
So we do this after an adjustment so I just adjusted Erin.
And what you’re going to do is you’re going to lie on your back please and your head is going to rest backwards over the wedge.
So she’s going to tilt her chin up. And this works to work with her cervical curve to get a better curve in her neck.
So with the weight of her head and the shape of the foam over time, is going to work on improving the curve of her neck. We take pre and post specific digital x-rays in our office.
So we can actually see her progress over a period of time.
So this is the most important thing that we do here to help get a better curve in your neck, neck traction.
Thanks so much for tuning in. We’ll see you again soon.
