Hi everybody, Dr. Jodi Kinney at Intrinsic Chiropractic, today I’m going to show you how I adjust my patient Grace. Grace has got a lot of congestion, a lot of mucus, a lot of sinus congestion. And when we adjust kids, toddlers, right, How old are you Grace? You don’t know? Four years old. So when we adjust four years old, up in their upper neck, it helps to open up the pathways for drainage of the sinuses, mucous membranes, the throat, the nose, inner ears, so that we can prevent things like sinus infections, ear infections, so I’m going to show you how I adjust Grace. We’re going to adjust Grace’s full spine. She likes to lay on mommy when she gets adjusted. And that’s okay. We let her do that right? Here comes the tickler Gracie are you ready?

So, I always adjust from the bottom up. And this way we can clear out the whole spine. Do you think Grace likes to be ajusted? All right, almost done. All right. That’s a pretty tickly huh? Ha. All right, roll over on your back peanut. All right, now I’m gonna adjust Grace’s neck. But real gentle. Because a lot of kids don’t like this part, and I understand that. Right? I understand that. But you’re gonna keep your hands on your belly button.
Okay, real gentle, gentle pressure to adjust babies, their little kids neck, that’s all you need. We just want to make sure that those bones are moving good. So that the nerves are working the best they possibly can so that they can heal. You got a pop for without any drugs or any surgery. You’re all done. Come on up. That’s how we adjust kids.
